Kamen Rider: Climax Fighters is a fighting game developed by Eighting for the PlayStation 4 console.
It is the sixth and latest installment of the Kamen Rider: Climax Heroes game series since the release of Kamen Rider: Super Climax Heroes in 2012. Info for the game was revealed on September 9, 2017 during a live streaming event.
The game formally introduces Riders never seen before in Climax Heroes history, such as Kamen Rider Gaim, Kamen Rider Drive, Kamen Rider Ghost, Kamen Rider Ex-Aid and the new Kamen Rider Build as playable characters.
Along with the original Japanese release, an English localization for the game was confirmed for release in several Asian countries with English subtitles.Korean localization was also confirmed by Daewon Media to be released in Korea with Korean voices. A Chinese localization was confirmed by Bandai Namco Taiwan & Bandai Namco Hong Kong to be released in Taiwan & Hong Kong with Traditional Chinese subtitles.

Gameplay
Unlike its previous installments, Climax Fighters is a role-playing fighting game, battling inside the 3D battle arenas, and the gameplay style shares similarities to the Kamen Rider: Battride War series, Gundam Vs. series, and Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2.
The game has several player modes: Mission Mode, Player vs. Player, 2 on 2 Battle and a Battle Royale mode that lets up to 4 players fight offline or in an online global 4 multiplayer mode The modes for multi-player include:
Rank Match – Players battle for supremacy in a global ranking tournament
1 vs 1 – Single player campaign. Online only
2 vs 2 – A battle with a team of two facing an opposing team in a double battle.
1 vs 3 – A challenging offline mode where a single player must face three opponents.
Player Match – Players can choose and battle their friends online and interact while waiting using custom avatars in the Matching Room.
Battle Royale – An offline mode where players must fight until the three opposing players completely lose their health. The first to get 3 victories wins the game.
For gameplay, the Riders have 2 forms of power-ups: Skill and Evolution. Skill changes some Riders’ form into their Super Form (eq: Ex-Aid changes into Maximum Gamer) or enables their special abilities if they don’t have it (eq: Build gains increased jump range from Rabbit Fullbottle).
Filling the Evolution Gauge enables the player’s Rider to evolve to their Final Form and enables their Super Rider Arts.
